This could be it. A single voting day in the State of Massachusetts could change the course of history. Scott Brown is ahead in the polls and the Patriots are working overtime to get him elected. It is indeed a beautiful sight to see. Please do whatever you can to help. If you live in Massschusetts please get out and vote. If you have friends in the State please call them and ask them to support Brown. I know many of you have helped with support, money and time to bring this campaign together. God Bless all of you.

American Grand Jury is not sleeping either. The January 14th Grand Jury currently in session will conclude its voting process this evening. I think we will end up with 120 to 140 “all yea” votes handing down the Presentments. We had quite a few new members participating this time which is wonderful. It was like the “old days” when people emailed me asking what do I do next? This Grand Jury has been enjoyable, even for an old war-horse like me.

This will be a busy week for BlogTalk. We have 2 shows that will be in the limelight. Tonight at 7:00 PM Central I will briefly be on the Chalice Show (Patriots Heart Network) as a guest. I will be visiting with Carl Swensson. Carl will also be our guest on our regular AGJ BlogTalk this coming Thursday at 8:00 PM Central. The call-in number for the Chalice show is 345-215-6929.

On Wednesday, if everything goes according to plan, Norman Abbott from Virginia will travel to Washington DC to hand-carry the Presentments, our Petition names (3,181 signatures) and the American Grand Jury “grievance” letter to Judge Lamberth. I will post all the details once we know that the Affidavit of Process-Serve has been completed.

The final mailing list for the Prosecute Obama campaign has been compiled. A special database was needed in order to personalize a letter to each person who pledged a donation to American Grand Jury. The personal mailing list will include a letter of thank you, their pledge details and a link to a special website with instructions and options on how to remit their pledge.

We are moving forward with plans to update the Prosecute Obama website with an entire new “theme.” We are going to create a “destination” website where people can come to satisfy their curiosity as to:

Who are the folks at American Grand Jury?
What do we do at American Grand Jury.. Why do we do it?
and finally,
How can I get involved or join American Grand Jury?

Before I go I would like to thank Norm Caron in Florida who made a personal serve on Congressman Jeff Miller this past week. He sent us a video of the townhall meeting to post on the website. 009.05.09 Czar Says Obama Has No Plans To Restrict TARP Lobbyists

The czar of Obama’s massive bank bailout says the president’s promise to restrict lobbyists from influencing how the government allocates the program’s $700 billion was a political stunt and no rules have been implemented.

Furthermore, the administration claims to fear that issuing rules against lobbyist communications could violate the First Amendment’s guarantee to free speech. So, Obama breaks yet another transparency and accountability pledge in failing to curb lobbyists’ access to the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). 

Amid bipartisan concerns that lobbyists would sway how tax dollars got disbursed to failing banks, the president vowed to limit political influence and disclose where the money was going. More than half a year later neither has happened and this week a news report sheds light on why.

Obama’s one-time TARP czar, Neel Kashkari, actually told a special TARP inspector general that the commander-in-chief’s promise to restrict lobbyist access to the bailout was made purely for political reasons and $200 billion later no rules have been issued. The program has functioned under a cloak of secrecy and some lawmakers are accusing the administration of misleading the American people. Continued:

The Economic and Social Crisis

The financial meltdown has unleashed a latent and emergent social crisis across the United States. 

What is at stake is the fraudulent confiscation of lifelong savings and pension funds, the appropriation of tax revenues to finance the trillion dollar “bank bailouts”, which ultimately serve to line the pockets of the richest people in America.   

This economic crisis is in large part the result of financial manipulation and outright fraud to the detriment of entire populations, leading to a renewed wave of corporate bankruptcies, mass unemployment and poverty. 

The criminalization of the global financial system, characterized by a “Shadow Banking” network has resulted in the centralization of bank power and an unprecedented concentration of private wealth. 

Obama’s “economic stimulus” package and budget proposals contribute to a further process of concentration and centralization of bank power, the cumulative effects of which will eventually resul in large scale corporate, bankruptcies, a new wave of foreclosures not to mention fiscal collapse and the downfall of State social programs. The cumulative decline of real economic activity backlashes on employment and wages, which in turn leads to a collapse in purchaisng power. The proposed “solution” under the Obama administration contributes to exacerbating rather than alleviating social inequalities and the process of wealth concentration. 

The Protest Movement

When people across America, whose lives have been shattered and destroyed, come to realize the true face of the global “free market” system, the legitimacy of  Wall Street, the Federal Reserve and the US administration will be challenged.
